Employee Profile Checks

One of the most challenging aspects of the annual vacation planning process is updating employee profiles to reflect the changes that have taken place since the end of the previous Bidding Cycle. Employees themselves knows best whether their profile's setup is correct or not so we've created a new feature to automate the process of collecting their feedback.

 

The feature is called Employee Profile Checks.

 

Employee Profile Data Review

 

When employees log in for the first time each cycle they will be presented with a pop-up that asks them to review their profile data. They will have an opportunity to mark fields as correct or incorrect and add a suggested edit. Then the form is submitted by the employee. If the submission includes suggested changes direct supervisors or group administrators are notified via email and a simple process workflow is initiated.
